Wednesday, April 10 (Kindergarten ONLY)*: 8:20 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. – 3:40 p.m.
Thursday, April 11, Morning (Kindergarten ONLY)*: 9:00 a.m. – 12:20 p.m.
Thursday, April 11, Afternoon (all, Pre-K through 4): 1:20 p.m. – 4:20 p.m.
5:20 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Friday, April 12 (all, Pre-K through 4): 8:20 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Thursday, April 11 is an Early Dismissal day.: • There will be no AM Kindergarten.
• PM Kindergarten will meet from 8:55 a.m. to 10:20 a.m.
• Grades 1-3 will meet from 8:55 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
• Grade 4: All fourth graders will attend the Highcrest Music Recruiting Concert and then will return to their home school for dismissal at 2:15 pm. More information will be provided by your building principal.

There will be no school for District 39 students on Friday, April 12.

There is no Connecting Kids preschool on either the 11th or 12th.

FAQs

If I forgot to sign up during the registration period, how can I schedule a conference?

Call or email your child's teacher and speak with her/him directly; they will know what conference time slots they still have available.

When can I sign up for conferences?

On-line registration was open from 9 am Monday, March 18, through 4:30 pm on Monday, April 8, 2013.

I didn't receive any log-in information for my Middle School or Junior High student

Highcrest and WJHS only have Parent-Teacher Conferences in the fall; spring conferences are for pre-K through grade 4 only.

Why are Wednesday and Thursday Morning conference times only available to certain Kindergarten students?

Kindergarten is a half-day class. The aforementioned Kindergarten teachers have morning and afternoon classes, meaning they have twice as many students as other teachers, with the concomitant necessity for twice as many conferences.

If I want to change my scheduled time, how do I do it? When is the last date that I can change it?

Prior to April 8, you can log in again and click the "View/Modify Conferences" button and then select a new time. The last date for changes is April 8th; after that date, contact your child’s teacher directly.

What if I am unable to make a conference during the scheduled conference times?

Call or email your child's homeroom teacher and speak with her/him about scheduling a phone conference, or arranging to email information to you.
